Fresh-Toast uses Microsoft Windows NetMeeting software to enable internet video / audio conference calls and text chat. Netscape requires a plugin called Esker to work with NetMeeting. More help is available using the links at the top of this page.
Using Netscape Smart Update, we can now install the required plugin which will enable NetMeeting to work on Netscape 4 for Windows. This site can install it for you, and full information on the Esker plugin can be found at www.esker.com
The interface is designed to work in IE version 4 or above, and Netscape version 4. We have detected that you are not using one of the supported browsers, you are not using the Windows operating system, or that you have cancelled the plugin installer.
If you know this information is incorrect, please mail me and I will modify the detection system as required.
Because your system is not currently running an appropriate combination of software, we are currently unable to offer a suitable solution for video conferencing.
Please do come back soon though, as I am working to add CuSeeMe capability, modifications to allow the stand-alone Intel Video Phone, Netscape 6 support, and possibly GnomeMeeting (Linux) interoperation.
